BIDDING INFORMATION

1. Read our Bidders Agreement & Register with us on the above Bidder Registration
   
   
2. Bid for the item(s) of your choice on this bidding form.  You will be emailed a bid    receipt  after all bids have been collated each evening.  If you do not get a receipt by 11.30pm please contact us or send your bid again.    
    
3. The bidding will be updated between 8 & 11pm each evening & the leading bids will be displayed on each page
   
   
4. Bidding on the online auction will close 9pm 14 May 2010.
   
   
5. For items completing their auction online, winning bidders will be notified after 11pm.
   
   
6. For items completing their auction on the night of the Ball, 15 May 2010, the closing highest bid in the online auction will be the reserve for that item.

   If you wish to bid through an agent on the night of the Ball please fill in the Appointment of an Agent form, sign & post the original to Mrs Gaye Price, Criglingtons Road, Sefton, North Canterbury 7445.  Please ensure your email is on the form so we can confirm we have received the form.

7. Online winning bidders, please pay for your purchase by direct credit to our bank account & contact us for delivery of your purchase.
