The Stakeholders have been busy again!  A new loading ramp was installed with materials purchased with the Ball money & a working bee on Sunday 30 January 2011.
This facility will be helpful to anyone with a young or fractious horse.  It can be used by trucks or floats & is in the parking area, close to the tie-ups.

The track has now had it's second sanding.  The Stakeholders donated $2000 towards the cost of doing this.  Jockey comments regarding the track surface are very positive.

The track is currently being verti-drained & sanded.  At a meeting of the Stakeholders it was decided to pay for this first session of work in full, using the money raised from the Autumn Ball & Auction.  The cost will be approximately $6000.
